1. When can I expect my order?

• All orders are subject to 2-3 business days to process prior to shipping, excluding weekends & holidays. After fulfilled, it would be delivered as addressed within 2-3 weeks as standard shipping, 3-5 days as DHL Express shipping. When bad weather occurs, like storm, heavy snow, hail, there may be a delay and the estimated delivery date may change, which depends on the routes of shipping company. 

  Note: During week-long Chinese New Year (Feb 2,2019 to Feb 12,2019), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning the delivery of orders placed around this holiday may be delayed.
  Orders placed within this season will be shipped out between Feb 12,2019 to Feb 18,2019.
